AISEA partnered with Cursor and Anthropic to design a one-day build program focused on practical delivery, not passive sponsorship visibility. The objective was clear: put both tools into real builder workflows and observe adoption quality under execution pressure.

The event reached 2,000+ signups and 684 attendees. Audience composition skewed toward technical practitioners already shipping, including senior engineers, technical founders, and product-minded builders working on live problems.

Challenge structure required teams to use the tools in context. Builders had to move from idea to implementation quickly, balancing model choices, product scope, and code quality under a strict deadline window.

This format generated stronger signal than standard awareness campaigns because output quality and usage depth were observable. Organizers and partners could see what teams built, where friction appeared, and which workflows accelerated delivery.

The program also produced practical portfolio-level outcomes. Teams demoed working projects, and top outputs were surfaced to operator and investor-adjacent audiences, extending impact beyond event day.

From a partner perspective, the activation validated local demand with high specificity: the right user profile, credible build behavior, and a measurable path to deeper regional engagement.

From a coalition perspective, the event demonstrated a repeatable model for chapter-led, cross-border capable technical programs: clear constraints, enforced usage, and public proof of execution.

This case is now used internally as a reference for high-signal partner activations where onboarding quality matters more than impression volume.

Result

Cursor and Anthropic saw high-intent, hands-on usage in a real delivery environment, producing strong onboarding quality, credible local proof, and measurable builder momentum for follow-up activations.
